Plan
We all are meeting at 1400 hrs at Nike town.... on oxford circus right opposite H & M. Once u get out of the tube u can’t miss it. It’s next to topshop.

We shall proceed to http://www.sadlerswells.com/whats_on/2005_2006/carnival.asp timed: 1430 hrs - 1830 hrs. Nearest Tube Station is Angel.
When U come out of it just walk towards left. You will cross traffic lights(huge BT office on right)..after that take 2nd right.. 4-5min walk from Angel. Many Buses from Kings Cross. Also Bus 19 from Tottenham Court Rd/Centrepoint.

We'll have around 3 hours before we go for the next event... plan at the moment is to have dinner... as of the moment its Indian... Angel/Islington is famous for its restaurants.. but we can plan it once we meet depending on our moods...
And thoda bahut chill marna...sit and talk.. get to know each other better.... May be Basket Ball/Tambola in a park and there is an Ugly Dance competition in Night. :) may be go to trafalgar square for some live music..


Attire
So far it has been decided that gals are coming in salwaar kameez and guys in some trendy kurtas- jeans combo.... but its not must.. feel free to wear whatever u r comfortable with...
Remember there is a £2 fine towards charity for those people that do not
have something bollywood about them. Because it is a Bollywood Night theme,organizers are encouraging people to wear bollywood style clothes. But even a simple bindi or chapals would excempt you from the fine!
It's just a fun way to raise extra money for the kids, this fine would be
collected in our charity tin.

Transport
There is planned industrial action by some members of the Rail Maritime and Transport Union on Saturday, 22 July
Should this strike go ahead, there is likely to be widespread disruption to train services on NATIONAL RAIL. henceforth anyone on NATIONAL RAIL be warned about timing your journey

Punishment
If any one of the list will ditch at the last moment, he/she will have to do 100 Utthak baithak then and there in the public.
and if he/she escapes.. he/she will have to apolgise on the public forum and will have to bear the punishment decided by panel..
