More Details on Event B:-
Asha, www.ashanet.org/london is a global, non-profit organisation aimed at improving the lives of underprivileged children in India. The great thing about it is that it is made up entirely of volunteers (there are no paid members) so all the money we raise (from fundraisers such as this) goes towards educational projects in India that we choose to support.

Last Two Years Diwali Parties were a huge success. This year's Diwali party (like the ones before) will basically be an evening of some great bollywood clubbing , amongst a chilled-out crowd, with some Diwali decoration and lots of enthusiasm to create that "Diwali" spirit! As an extra, we are having some (nice and cheesy) bollywood and bhangra lessons to kickstart the evening.

Tickets are only 14 pounds (if bought in advance) and as we have no overheads (in the form of paid members), all proceeds will go to charity. This year, our chosen project focus is a residential school for underprivileged children in Bengal. Pay by Paypal to ashabookings@gmail.com

This Diwali light up a cause
Bring a different sparkle to this Diwali by lighting up a cause. CRY UK and IIM Alumni Association bring to you a grand Diwali gala. You can look forward to some mouth-watering Indian food and great music by DJ Dynamix! The significant part however, is that this is an opportunity to support the rights of childhood for marginalized children, especially in India.
