Bengalis in UK (BiU) will celebrate Bijoya Dashami & Dussehra on 21st October in London. This event will also mark the first anniversary of the formation of this community. Talented BiU members and other artistes will perform music, dance and other cultural activities. The cultural evening will be followed by a sumptuous Indian buffet dinner.
A leading Bengali television channel and a widely circulated Bengali daily's Robibasoriya (Sunday) edition have kindly agreed to cover this programme as part of Overseas Puja coverage.

BiU in collaboration with Indians in London and Delhites In London Communities, cordially invites you to attend this event and make it a grand success.

I won't miss this event.... Its probably the biggest asian mela in this part of continent.. celebrated around our Independence day..it was gr8 fun last year...
Plan - Meet At 1PM At Acton Town Tube (Piccadilly Line, District Line) Station. Max wait till 1:30Pm. When you come out of station, U'll see on ur left lots of (Mainly Asian) people walking like there is a free langar ;) a few blocks ahead. Just follow the crowd. U will reach Gunnersbury Park in No time. :).. Call up each other when you reach there and join the gang... Atleast 30-35 Ppl from orkut community are expected to attend:-
